We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Indoor Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with a strong background in sales or retail. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting our products or services, and delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
Must Have
- Proven experience in retail or sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Odoo knowledge is a plus)
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand client needs and offer suitable product recommendations
- Communicate clearly in English and Arabic to explain product features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of- sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
- Work towards daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company updates
