STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

You should update this document to reflect your T&C.

Terms and Conditions:

· Only cash and bank transfer payments are accepted.

· For immediate terms, payment is due upon issuance of the invoice. For credit terms, payment is due within 21 days from the invoice date or as otherwise specified on the invoice.

· Late payments will incur a penalty of 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per month until the payment is fully settled.

· Goods sold are non-returnable unless defective. Fraimage must be notified of any return of goods within 5 days of delivery of such goods. If the goods are eligible for return, they must be in their original packaging and in unused condition otherwise not acceptable.

· All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United Arab Emirates law.
